I'm a software engineer. I build small tools quickly, put most of them out free and open source, and write down what I learn on the way.

For a long time I thought shipping was the hard part. It isn't anymore — you can vibe code a working product in a weekend. The hard part is getting anyone to care about it. That's the problem I'm actually working on now, and I'd rather do it in public than pretend I've got it figured out.

So this site is the receipts: 11 products, 91 videos, 48 posts. The wins and the parts that didn't work.
